The rich of Anaheim live to the East up in the hills. The poor live to the West. They are called Flatlanders. 60%+ of the residents of Anaheim are Hispanics. Only 2 Hispanics have been elected to the City Council in the last 150 years. That’s because the elections are at-large and not district based. So the rich (1%) who have all the money always win. But, “the times they are a-changin’,” all over California.
