I finally tried it this morning. The pancakes were really good, tasty and crispy. I’m all about the convenience!

Saw prices ranging from a real find on sale of $1.50 to between about $4.95 and up to $9.99 (maybe that’s in a hotel minifrig!).
It seems you can get a coupon if you contact the mfr.
Me, I prefer buckwheat pancakes or whole wheat. With sliced strawberries cooked in the batter. Oh, yummmmmm.
Nice. I have discovered a pre-mixed pancake mix from Sweden called “Lund’s” which is excellent. The texture is strikingly silky thanks to the malted barley and whey powders in it. Recommended.
