it’s pretty strange how the media just parrots whatever it is told. the only difference between “combat troops” and “non-combat troops” are three letters and a dash.
it is progress though. that’s 90,000 less than we had there 16 months ago. and in another 16 months it’s scheduled to go to 0. unfortunately, they all seem to be going to afghanistan.
