Can the money be split with NYC for the Second Avenue Subway? I have no doubt that all the projects Brendan names are worthwhile. And it really wouldn’t bother me if Philadelphia got all the money the others don’t want. I’m just looking out for the completion of a project that’s been worked on and halted for the better part of half a century.
It is a good letter, though.
