Steve Clemons is on with Fred Kaplan on The Brian Lehrer Show on WNYC talking about the no-fly zone resolution passed by the Security Council. It seems there’s lots more to what’s allowed than just forming a no-fly zone: It looks more like a declaration of all out war on Ghaddafi…except for actual forces on the ground.

I’m waiting to see more on what is actually in the resolution.
