  1. Recommend you read “The China Study” by T. Colin Campbell before you have another one of those. Or see the documentary “Forks over Knives” which features Campbell and is somewhat easier to digest.

    Your body may be telling you something when it goes ugh.

  2. in my experience the whole protein shake energy drink power food thing is bogus.

    just eat real normal healthy food and you can skip the expensive supplements.

    if you ain’t a tour de france rider or a zero body fat person, there is no need to be eating special pre workout supplements, recovery drinks, etc.

    good food and water.

    burn off the fat naturally.

    Actually, not all of them are expensive.
    Designer Whet, for example, costs about a dollar per dose if you buy the big jar. A little bit more if you use milk instead of water.
