They really do get the best of both worlds now, don’t they? They get to routinely brutalize civilians without anyone ever getting to retaliate with military weapons.

This is how a police state is operated by an oligarchy. We are now tasting what the people of Palestine and Syria (sans the killing of protestors) have experienced and are experiencing. It ain’t fun. But it must happen if the old order is to be brought down. Peacefully.
But, come on, the cops are just following orders……….
