What they understand about Obamacare is that the only truly progressive piece of it is the Medicaid expansion. Total destruction of this part of it is job one, lest people get it in their heads that government programs for poor people are the American Way.
It’s amazing that billionaires worth more than most countries have absolutely no shame in denying the poorest Americans access to basic health care, but that’s how they roll.
Don’t be sucked in by the right wing anti-ACA propaganda. Have you tried to access a for-profit health insurance corporate website lately? Say Blue Cross? It’s a daunting task. Not for a certified agent mind you. But for the average user, forgetaboutit. Is the ACA website screwed up? You betcha. But who is really at fault for that? The for-profit corporations who built the thing? They themselves are spreading most of the anti-ACA propaganda. Does anyone else smell a rat here?
