Read the side bar story about the courts. A legislature can prescribe medically unnecessary procedures and require doctors to recite false cancer and infertility claims as a predicate to abortion without a constitutional issue, but a “crisis pregnancy center” that co-locates with an abortion referral center adopting a misleadingly similar name to intercept patients cannot be required to disclose its status as a non-provider because of the First Amendment? You know the courts aren’t even bothering to cover their bias on this issue any longer.
