All come to this: There’s a socialist sitting in the Senate. A socialist was just elected to public office in Washington state. Rolling Stone recently published a lengthy piece about Socialism. Now, the propaganda unit for the Republican Party, FOX, called socialists “anti-American” this past week. Soon they will be terrorists. The NSA will easily identify these “anti-American” terrorists using their metadata. The offenders will then be shipped to the still opened Gitmo. (Open thanks to the Republicans.) You didn’t think that they were going to roundup the Fascist Right did you?
“Protect and Serve” has been laughable for decades, much longer if you happen to be an identifiable minority. Now it’s “Command and Control” and everyone’s a potential perp. If all else fails they can always get you on “failure to obey a lawful order.” That being anything they tell you to do, of course. But this is just the warm-up for the big show to come. Wait until we see what they have in store for us from their Homeland Security arsenal in the way of “crowd control” if imhotep’s “socialists” ever take it to the streets in large numbers. The Fascist Right is not the tea party wingnuts. It’s the shadow government, which includes surveillance/military contractors and other insidious figures in the private sector.
The militarization of our domestic law enforcement and legal systems is progressing nicely.
Every American has become a potential victim of police terrorism and it’s ‘suspicious,’ if you ask for a lawyer. What irony?
