It’s not a good feeling to point out that Dirty Fucking Hippies were right about invading Iraq. Being liberals, we hoped against hope it wasn’t going to end like this. BUT IT ALWAYS DOES. Which is why we didn’t want it to start in the first place.

John McCain stood up on the Senate floor today and demanded that Obama “do something in Iraq.” FOX is doing the same. So are the rest of the warmongers. There is nothing to be done in Iraq Mr. McCain. You and the neo-cons saw to that by invading the country illegally in the first place. You see John, the Sunnis hate the Shiites and the Shiites hate the Sunnis. They have hated each other for 1300 years. So until they kill each other off entirely or decide to co-exist together there is nothing anybody can do to help their situation. What we can do is quit sending them arms. Then maybe we can get the Russians and Chinese to do the same thing. No arms for Syria or Egypt or Israel or Saudi Arabia. The absence of war is called peace.
