One’s things for sure, all of that inflammatory food shown above will not be eaten.
Beyond that perhaps a re-read of “The Huna Code in Religions” by Max Freedom Long, because New Age never grows old.

A cold morning run through a wilderness area under a headlamp with the owls hooting at me. Then home to plow through as much of Zinn’s Peoples History as I can abide without getting depressed.
