  1. Oh but that “will not cooperate” is ominous as hell from CC’s perspective. All a determined prosecutor has to do now is run him before a grand jury to lock down his testimony and then subpoena him as a hostile at trial and he has himself an unimpeachable witness. The Fifth is now off the table or easily removed by an immunity grant.

    I wonder if Trump’s crack team of vetters have figured this out.
