Schumer is part of the leadership team of the Democratic Party.
That is shear folly.
The corporatists (neo-liberals) don’t like gridlock. For them any move toward cooperation between Democrats and Republicans is a positive thing. Even if it means selling out regular,old Democrats living on main street.
Any deal that makes them look statesman-like is oki doki with them. No matter how negatively it impacts the average American. That’s Trump’s entire game.
The leadership in the Democratic Party has been a disaster since 1995. Schumer and Pelosi continue to be responsible for that ongoing disaster.
