What a circus. (If there was ever any doubt, it seems obvious now that Lindsey Graham is a bottom.) Patrick Leahy put Kavanaugh on the defensive by asking about stolen emails that were sent to Kavanaugh while he worked for the Bush administration.
And the beat goes on.

Lindsey Graham just yelled out "WHAT KIND OF COUNTRY HAS THIS BECOME!"

He is a second away from jumping to such controversial terms as "whispersnapper" and "shenanigans."

This is highly HIGHLY interesting. I remember this back in 2006. Looks like Brett may have gotten his hands dirty with stolen emails and then lied about it repeatedly to Congress. https://t.co/oUHiGh2n9o via @TPM

1) refused to say whether presidents can pardon themselves
2) refused to say whether presidents must respond to subpoenas
So allow me to point you to this inescapable conclusion:https://t.co/ydf6yEAjey pic.twitter.com/qtolDVh28Q
Wrong, so you should remove this. I’ve already seen the material. I’m interested in SHARING IT WITH THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, and doing so NOW…which Senate Republicans have tried to prevent by keeping it nonpublic with a faulty claim of committee confidentiality. https://t.co/uFfLyQpgg0

Lindsey Graham is wrong about everything. That makes him even dumber then Trump, because he’s been at the politics game far longer then Trump has.
Lindsey’s lack of critical thinking skills and his giant brown nose is probably why John McCain found him to be so useful.
Perhaps Lindsey is actually as sharp as a tack and not as dumb a stump?
Either way he is a danger to this country.
All the rest of the Democratic attacks are well grounded, but that recusal demand is simply off target. Obama appointees did not recuse on the ACA. Nixon appointees did not recuse on the tapes. Nomination is not a recognized recusal ground and should not be. It would wreak havoc all over the federal courts. I would remind you that the President is a necessary party in dozens of cases every year. If you can pick your judges by making him a party, you incentivize an epidemic of judge shopping.
Yeah, well, Lindsey, I want to live in a country where you can keep your kids if you apply for asylum.
Lawyers don’t “judge shop” anymore?
