It might not feel like it to some, but I think we as a Nation won yesterday. We had some major races of change yesterday and the score of the game was really close.
Some folks might have gotten the trophy, but some folks might have played a better game with better sportsmanship. Some folks might have had the results of the game on their side from the get go, some folks might have been a no chance in hell of even competing in the game. But they did compete in the game and the score was REALLY CLOSE.
As a nation we saw change in percentages last night and we saw how people of different opinions and philosophies can vote for what they wish to see happen in this country.
In the Deep South we have come a long way and y’all know what I mean, but we have a long way to go. Thank you for all the brave candidates who ran to make change a reality. Thank you to all the workers who volunteered for the candidates. You make America what it oughta be and what it strives to be. A nation fighting for liberty and justice for all.
On Earth as it is in Heaven.
