Maria Butina just admitted in court she engaged in conspiracy against the United States at the direction of Putin ally Alexander Torshin. Torshin spent years hanging out with top NRA leaders—including at NRA fundraisers, as we just reported https://t.co/MUXZBYSKd5 #FollowTheMoney

Maria Butina pleads guilty to participating in a Russian conspiracy against the US. And the court document filed is a reminder that the Russians believed the way to the GOP was through the NRA. (BTW, the NRA spent $30m electing Trump.) https://t.co/SuYQTtBybP

Look who’s talking. #MarinaButina is outing every NRA & Republican who ever flirted or spoke with her. Butina’s mission is over. She can afford to burn them all to get her home. This is trash collection part of the job. The GOP is now Russia’s to command. https://t.co/B0ER0pJN57

The guilty plea of Russian operative Maria Butina today raises the questions of what did @NRA officials know and when did they know it? The plea also raises the issue of what GOP party members or electeds may have known.

Oh, and in January, House Democrats control subpoena power https://t.co/SMuI9Roy9d

The life expectancy of a “Red Angel” is very short.
Somewhere along the line Butina became aware of that fact.
The time has come to hammer the NRA for their participation in selling America out by attempting to impact the 2016 election using foreign money.
All of this skullduggery for the purpose of getting the criminal Trump elected.
The only post here even remotely close to what’s really going on is as usual Malcolm Nance. The media has been completely hornswoggled by the Butina guilty plea. Under Article 36 of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations, she has had four privileged visits from Russian Embassy (Intelligence) staff. “Suddenly” she flips and signs a cooperation agreement admitting to serving for Russian Intelligence. The plea documents state that on completion of sentence she is to be deported back to Putin. She is doing exactly what was directed by her handlers. Her “cooperation” is going to be the same intelligence gathering that was attempted by Manafort. Her mission is to relate all of the subjects of interrogation and to report all evidence she is confronted with to Russian Intelligence so that they can ascertain what US Intelligence has in hand about Russian activities inside the country. Like Manafort, she grossly over estimates her cunning and experienced prosecutors will catch her evasions. Once caught, she will be traded back to Russia in short order.
