After Cummings statement yesterday he went out into the hallway and told reports that “none of this is normal and we must get back to the middle.”
No Mr. Chairman Cummings, we do not need to “get back to the middle.”
Being stuck in the middle for the past 40 odd years is what’s brought us to this point.
What we need to do is to move forward by defeating the corrupt “middle” and its principle financiers the Capitalist Right.
The oligarchs and their unholy accumulation of wealth is what ails all of us and our political system.
And that makes the Republicans the “enemy of the people.”
