Bolton, Kupperman and Mulvaney are all seeking the courts “guidance” on whether or not they are required to give testimony to the House in the impeachment inquiry.
Because Bolton is a nut case, a lunatic, a whack job, a loose cannon and a criminal the only testimony that he gives should be behind closed doors in a deposition.
Mulvaney and Kupperman should both be treated in a similar manner.
He’s not really “against” Fergus, the plan is to revive the suit that has the best chance at delaying the proceedings, whereas the Democrats wanted the McGahn suit to decide the issue of subpoena compliance as it was likely to be resolved much sooner.
