And the media gave him 90 minutes of free time to rant:
Trump's holding a press conference to celebrate the Senate's abdication of its duty.

"Voters should be forced to listen to an entire Trump press conference because then I think it's impossible to vote for him. But they've gotta be sitting there and thinking, what a poor excuse for a president, what a poor excuse for a man" – @stengel w/ @NicolleDWallace pic.twitter.com/W1ml3Kwqh2

Elected Republicans are admitting that Trump is a dangerous lunatic, but that they’re too “afraid” of him to do anything about it.
Trumps mental illness was on full display yesterday in the East Room, as he ranted and raved for what seemed like an eternity against his personal and political enemies real and imagined.
The Republicans sat in their chairs nodding their heads in agreement like bobblehead manikins, often breaking into applause when Trump condemned this person or that group. (It looked like an event staged by Saddam Hussein or Putin.)
As his enablers, the Republicans are more dangerous in their derangement then even Trump is.
We can not afford to allow a single Republican officeholder to either be re-elected or newly elected on November 3rd, because they are all the “enemy of the people.”
Susie I think the press overage will backfire this time around. As he and Junior let their freak flags fly – they are making such a spectacle of themselves that some of the older voters and evangelicals will get turned off. Especially using profanity-laced tirades in public without regard to who may be listening – such as children. He is also becoming increasingly impaired mentally and physically, and it shows.
