Those questions should be asked of Sonny Perdue the Secretary of Agriculture who’s responsible for this sort of thing.
But, Sonny is a chicken man so who knows what his answer will be.
There is one thing that we can all be quite sure of and that is the fact that every single person Trump hires to do any job is incompetent and corrupt and Perdue is no exception.
