The Democrats want to test, test, test, and wear masks and Trump and the Republicans seem uninterested in either testing or masks. The Democratic plan makes sense if testing is free of charge and there are enough tests available for all of us to take. In many cases today the individual pays a fee to take a test and tests are rationed. (Any solutions Democrats.) As long as the Republicans are in charge of the presidency and the Senate the incompetence will continue.
