That’s what I feel for Rand Paul’s neighbor every time he opens his mouth:

Paul’s annual Festivus report is always interesting.
Sometimes Paul’s criticism hits the nail squarely on the head and other times he misses the mark entirely.
This year he says that the US wasted $54 billion:
$25 billion in military spending and
$9 billion in foreign aid.
Rand is right about that $34 billion being wasted on the military and foreign aid.
As for the the other $20 billion Paul has a problem with, he’s dead wrong about that spending.
