So Moscow Mitch thinks that CEO’s and corporations should stay out of politics?
Wasn’t the Citizens United ruling by the US Supreme Court all about corporations being “people too” with the “right of free speech” in the form of millions of dollars in bribes (donations) to politicians?
Wasn’t Moscow Mitch a big supporter of the Citizen’s United ruling?
Corporate America is in the process of dividing into Left and Right camps and the Republicans don’t like it.
A “woke” corporate America is a disaster for the Republican Party.
Especially now because the Trumpites have already declared war on “establishment” Republicans like Romney and Cheney and the last thing that the party needs at the moment is a corporate split along Left-Right political lines.
