I didn’t make this up, it’s what one of my therapists told me today. Because this knee is so deformed, I was told to keep it straight — which is REALLY painful. Part of the problem is that I also have a sprained ankle and calf from walking with the height difference. Tra la!
But this is balanced by the fact that one of our wackier Republicans decided to celebrate Trump’s birthday with a resolution to change the name of tidal waters surrounding our shores to the Donald John Trump Exclusive Economic Zone of the United States. I am not making this up.
Florida Rep. Greg Steube previously voted against FEMA hurricane relief and then complained they didn’t get it fast enough. (As Republicans are wont to do.) Bless his heart!
