Found out I’m going to be a grandmother, AND I don’t have a brain tumor*.
So I got that going for me, which is nice.
Oh, and I had a dream about a talking dog.
*Hearing loss in one ear that required a brain MRI. Everything’s “fine.”

Yin Yang. My couple of weeks…..not so hot. “Such is life.”
I had the same thing about a dozen years ago. The first thing the medicos did was put me on steroids to counteract any inflammation. For a week I slept little and was very jumpy. The inflammation had already passed and left my hearing damaged. The MRI showed no tumor, but had a very strange anomaly in my forehead where it could not read anything…..
Now you have to get used to sitting in certain seats when out to eat with friends, so your “good” ear is facing your friends, and walking to the correct side of friends. Otherwise, you’ll be wondering about the pain in your neck from cranking your head around to hear better.
Oddly enough, I already do that — for my bad eye on the opposite side, so this should be interesting!
