AJC poll shows Trump trailing in Georgia…

I generally take General Election polls before and during the primary season with a grain of salt but this one out yesterday was surprising.

The poll found Trump losing to former Vice President Joe Biden in Georgia by eight percentage points, 51%-43%. He also trailed Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts; Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont; South Bend, Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg and Sen. Kamala Harris of California, though by smaller margins that were within the poll’s margin of error. Here was the breakdown:

Sanders 48%, 44%

Warren 47%, Trump 44%

Buttigieg 46%, Trump 43%

Harris 45%, Trump 44%

There have been herculean efforts to revive the Georgia Democratic Party and its support for a number of years and that just maybe paying off, especially in the suburbs of Atlanta. The state party has strong leadership with State Sen. Nikema Williams of Atlanta, the chairwoman of the Democratic Party of Georgia. Her energy and efforts know no bounds. (But, I am a fangirl, anyway.)

I’ll have to say after reading the comments on social media on the AJC Politically Georgia wall I was greatly amused by the yahoos and the trolls losing their everloving minds.

If you are interested in the other questions and the methods used in the poll it is here in the AJC. It has a paywall, but, I think one can get a few articles for free.

SOROS! SOROS! SOROS!

Wow. Do they really believe this stuff? Where does it come from?
