That sound you just heard was the entire nation saying “who?” On the plus side, I believe she’s already under investigation for ethics violations.
Keeping a jaundiced eye on the corporate media.

You are a Working Class Warrior, also known as a blue-collar Democrat. You believe that the little guy is getting screwed by conservative greed-mongers and corporate criminals, and you’re not going to take it anymore.

Anyone else think that McCain felt desperate after Obama’s speech last night and rolled the dice only afterwards?
On the plus side, I believe she’s already under investigation for ethics violations.
That would put her in the GOP mainstream, wouldn’t it?
Especially in Alaska.
Looks like they’re bringing in the scrubs to play out the clock.

I have just one word “Gimmick”! oh yea one more “MILF”
Deleting comments of opposing opinions, eh? I’ve come to expect that of progressives lately. I can remember the time when Democrats advocated the 1st amendment, but now they primarily wish to silence the opposition… the fairness doctrine, Obama’s lawyers bullying and threatening radio and television stations to suppress opposition ads, etc. Be careful what you wish for.
Your comment was offensive and sexist, simple and plain. Also, you might want to review your high school civics textbook. I don’t think the First Amendment says what you think it does.
Quite frankly, I think we have a ‘horse race here’ folks.
I live in Alaska and Governor Palin is a fine person. Oh, the ethics investigation, that’s a tempest in a tea pot. I would remind you of the Obama ethics investigation links (Rezco) and some other inconvenient friends. Moreover, I am quite tired of misogynistic comments and behaviors by the Democrats which escalated over the last year; apparently the country does not have a problem with that sort of rude sophomoric anti-women behavior/commentary but must hold criticism regarding Obama lest they be charged with prejudicial comments.
I also think that the next two months will be the most interesting of the whole last two years of this presidential race. Hold on to your hats, it’s going to be an interesting ride.
Jem, I don’t think there is much of a horse race here. Sarah Palin is a “gimmick” pick by John MsCain, who is trying to show he is different. Perhaps Ms. Palin should have said ” no thanks” so she could be close to home to take care of her children who obviously need her right now.
