Either way, since Bush admits to ordering torture, he is liable under international law.
If this nation, under the Obama administration, refuses to hold BushCo (Bush, Cheney at the top) accountable, then other nations have the right to bring the miscreants to a court of justice.
And Obama’s covering for BushCo, indeed pushing many of his policies even further, makes the US a rogue nation.
As with the banksters, if there is no accountability, there will be addtional bad actions and bad actors.
Indicting George W for torture would be a nice counter to the expected Republican/Teabagger “investigations”. It is too bad that Holders big idea of an investigation is busting a “tea room”.
Is this proof of ego or of stupidity?
