  1. With impeachment now in full swing and while everybody’s eyes are being diverted, Democrats and Republicans are in the middle of negotiating a budget and a ‘new’ NAFTA which Trump calls the USMCA. (United States/Mexico/Canada Agreement)

    Pelosi, Hoyer, Neal and the rest of Pelosi’s leadership team are pushing Democrats to pass Trumps USMCA.
    Which should come as no surprise given the fact that Pelosi, Hoyer and Neal all voted “aye” to pass NAFTA in 1993. (These people sure have been around a long time doing dumb things haven’t they?)
    Progressive Democrats in the House and Senate are adamantly opposed to this bad agreement and for good reason.

    When the 2021 budget bill will be passed is anybody’s guess, although Pelosi is working hard with Moscow Mitch to git ‘er done.

    With the help of Pelosi and the Democrats, Trump and the Republicans have increased the military budget by almost 20% over the last two years.
    For her trouble Pelosi managed to get a small increase in domestic spending.

    When you couple Trumps tax cut for the oligarchs, plutocrats and corporations with Trumps increase in military spending, we are now running a $1 trillion dollar a year deficit which is being added to our already unreasonably high national debt.
