If I knew how, you’d see a picture of someone slapping their forehead.
“Dr. Trump, I’m feeling kinda poorly, what should I do?”
“Drink a cup of bleach and call me in the morning.”
I’ve known some IV drug users who disinfected their rigs with bleach to avoid HIV when they couldn’t get brand new ones, but even they were bright enough to know not to geeze the disinfectant.
